DIABETES - should pay attention not to do these things in the morning

Wash your hair in the morning
Diabetics are susceptible to heart disease and cerebrovascular disease.
If you wash your hair in the morning, you are prone to headaches, strokes, etc.
Not only washing your hair, but bathing in the morning can also cause fatigue and body aches, stiff neck, joint pain and other symptoms in people with diabetes.
Exercise on an empty stomach
Many people with diabetes have the habit of getting up early and exercising on an empty stomach, which is very dangerous.
Exercising on an empty stomach reduces blood sugar levels, leading to heart and cerebrovascular diseases.
In addition, if you get up early to exercise, the temperature is still low, which can easily cause cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents.
Doctors recommend exercising when the sun rises, drinking a glass of warm water and eating something simple before exercising.
At the same time, warm up thoroughly before starting to exercise.

Eat foods high in sugar for breakfast
People with diabetes and high blood sugar should avoid eating foods high in sugar in the morning.
Eating too much at once causes blood sugar levels to rise rapidly.
People with diabetes should not eat overripe bananas, cakes, sweetened milk, energy drinks, etc. for breakfast.
Skipping breakfast
Young people may be used to getting up early and skipping breakfast, but in the long run it can easily lead to many health problems, such as stomach diseases, stones, hypoglycemia, etc.
Skipping breakfast, especially for people with high blood sugar and diabetes, is very dangerous.
It will cause endocrine disorders, damage the pancreatic islets, cause blood sugar fluctuations and reduce the ability to improve the memory of beta cells (insulin-producing cells in the pancreas).
When we skip breakfast, beta cells have to wait until after lunch to recover.
From there, the insulin response is delayed and increases blood sugar throughout the day.
Some people even skip breakfast and only take hypoglycemic drugs.
This can easily lead to excessive hypoglycemia and damage.
